I think that the diversal deconstruction/construction process should people from different cultures, different backgrounds, concerns, sectors, disciplines... but also different scales. The interscale debate is a key one But the web developments seem to be mainly global it seems, they are accessible from anywhere, and worse do not involve dialogue.
