I was thinking... i am very into this idea of diversal decision making. I think that the diversal deconstruction/construction process should people from different cultures, different backgrounds, concerns, sectors, disciplines... but also different scales. The interscale debate is a key one
But the web developments seem to be mainly global it seems, they are accessible from anywhere, and worse do not involve dialogue. We need web developments at the local level, at intermediate level, with processes of interlevel and intralevel dialogues
